- Time: 7:00 – 8:00pm
- Duration: 8-week programme

This weekly social session is designed for beginners, returning players, and those simply looking to stay active in a relaxed, non-competitive environment. No previous basketball experience is required.
What to Expect
Participants can expect structured but informal sessions focused on:
- Enjoyable, social basketball activities
- Basic skill development and small-sided games
- Fitness, confidence, and teamwork
- A supportive atmosphere led by qualified coaches
The programme aims to break down barriers to participation and encourage women and girls to engage in regular physical activity while making new connections within the local sporting community. There will be an element of good relations within the programme to aid in forming new relationships and meeting new people.
Get Involved
Basketball NI is working closely with local partners and sports organisations to promote the programme across Coleraine and the surrounding area. Women and girls involved in other sports such as football, hockey, rugby, and Gaelic games are especially encouraged to attend.
Spaces are limited, so early registration is advised.
