Don Showalter is carrying out Coaching Clinic’s throughout Ireland and will be at Ulster University Jordanstown Campus on 6th August from 19:00 – 21:00. The clinic will be around ‘Defensive skills to improve half court and full court defence’.
Don has a world-renowned reputation in youth basketball development and a CV unparalleled within his field. This is a great opportunity, and one not to be missed, for coaches and others interested in the game to learn from one of the best. The subject of defence is a key to success and Don will highlight the keys for improving this in our programmes.
The cost of the clinic is €15 to earn 200 CPD points towards the Basketball Ireland coaching licence. You can register and pay through the link HERE. Attendance at this clinic is for coaches and anyone interested.
We would encourage as many of our U15 and U17 Team NI players to register to particpate at the session.
