Basketball NI would like offer a massive congratulations to Niamh Callaghan Hegarty. Niamh recently officiated at the FIBA U16 Women’s European Championship Division B Podgorica, Montenegro. Niamh is showing what women can achieve in our sport, developing her skills as a referee and becoming a FIBA referee.
