Basketball NI are pleased to announce a new member of the team

Hannah Kennedy has joined the BNI Committee Board as the Safeguarding Officer. Hannah has been involved in basketball for a long time and is excited to bring her passion for the sport and experience of safeguarding to her new role.

We asked Hannah some questions so we can all get to know her better.

Can you tell us something about yourself that we wouldn’t already know? I did better in my French and Spanish GCSE than I did in my English!

What are your hopes for the future for basketball in Northern Ireland? For it to become a more well-known/ popular sport with more spectators coming to local games and supporting all the teams.
