I have played basketball since I was a child for Star of the Sea as it was then, now Belfast Star.  I had a fantastic experience playing basketball for St. Malachy’s College in Belfast and through that experience was lucky enough to make a junior men’s Ireland squad when I was 17.

Following on from that, I continued to play Premier league up to Superleague with Belfast Star then back down to Premier league and essentially calling it a day in my early 30’s.  I had some fantastic experiences at University both at Queen’s and Ulster University.  I had a very lucky experience at playing BUGS on 3 occasions for Northern Ireland Universities
