Access NI form updated

With the new Safeguarding Officer in place the Access NI forms used for Coaches, Referees etc. has been updated on the AccessNI Checks page. It is very important that the old forms are no longer used. The old forms have a PIN number on them that would result details of anyone filling them in being sent to someone other than the Safeguarding Officer.
