As Performance Pathway Coordinator it is Andy’s responsibility to set up systems and create the foundations for player and team improvement across the under-age and senior game in Northern Ireland at both 3X3 and 5X5. He will also be working to create learning opportunities for our BNI coaches as they play a pivotal role in player development.
