What Basketball NI can offer you
Basketball NI is the NGB for the sport in Northern Ireland and operates as an area board under the National Federation Basketball Ireland. We are a voluntary lead sport from our board to all elements of our workforce. Through the Rank Foundation we have secured a full time staff member who will work closely with our clubs to help coordinate their needs.

Basketball NI
- To grow the game at grassroots level and become the number 1 sport of choice in primary schools in Northern Ireland
- With a perspective on basketball, we intend to be one community
- In comparison with other sports, we want basketball to be the most popular sports community
- To create the best infrastructure, culture and environment to harvest success in the sport of basketball
- To build a performance pathway for elite athletes to be able to represent Basketball Northern Ireland on an international stage
